TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE LUPAMAT RECIPROCATING AIR COMPRESSORS
- Seperate cylinders, cast iron and free of surface tension, are machined to precise tolerances and then mounted on the body.
- Crankshafts are ductile iron of single piece.
- Connecting rod and crankshaft are joined with INA trademark needle bearings. Connecting rod and piston pin connections are bushing type for the first stage and it is used needle bearings for the second and third stages.
- The crankshaft is connected to the body by bearings from the both sides.
- Characteristics of Lupamat valves are long-life and high efficiency. For this reason Lupamat valves are concentric ring types.
- Air filters are dry type, with paper elements of 10 microns.
- Inter coolers are used for our double stage compressors.
- Lupamat compressors are industrial type, low speed, high efficiency and long life compressors and they are suitable for working in heavy working conditions.
- ETNA or CONDOR trademark pressure switches are used.
- For 10 HP types, there exists a PVD trademark 2/2 way normally open sollenoid valves to provide the starting at unloaded mode.
- Rustproof guarded PAKKENS trademark manometers are used.
- There exist drain valves on our collector and tanks.
- Spherical valves are used at the outlet of the tanks.
- There exists LUPAMAT design Belt/Pulley guard for the maximum safety.
- F-insulated, IP 55 protected GAMAK or WATT trademark electrical motors are used.
- Air tanks are produced by using certified 6335 guality, DIN EN 10028-2-93, P235GH vessel sheet metal and they are all according to the standarts. All air tanks are hydraucially tested to 2,5 times of their working pressure.
- Before leaving the plant, all our compressors are tested 4 hours loaded and 4 hours unloaded.
